When you hire a doula, it's like having a birthing bestie at your fingertips! From the initial consultation through the first year of your baby's life, you'll have your doula right in your back pocket, ready to validate your feelings and answer all the questions that come along with motherhood.

what you can expect:

An initial consultation to meet and make sure we're a good match. We'll meet and I’ll answer any questions you might have about doulas and how I can best support your family.

Phone (calls and texts) support throughout the remainder of your pregnancy to answer questions, concerns and to provide resources. 

Monthly Mama Meetups where you’ll have the opportunity for more face time with your doula educator and the chance to meet other moms-to-be in the community. Either virtually or in-person, you’ll be able to meet, mingle and talk about any questions you may have in your journey to motherhood.

Two prenatal visits to chat about your vision for your labor and postpartum recovery. This is where I help you learn and understand all of the options you have for labor, delivery and postpartum.

Consistent emotional and physical support from the onset of labor until you get to meet your baby. I’ll meet you where and when you want once labor begins, and I’ll stay with you until you're ready to bond alone as a family.

A postpartum visit to evaluate in-home needs and tools once you leave the hospital. I know the importance of getting settled and into a good routine once you're home. I’ll come to help you feel most comfortable at home with your new baby.

Continued postpartum check-ins for up to the first year of your baby's life. As your doula, I’ll continue to support you throughout at least the first year of your postpartum journey. Many times longer!
